We've been watching these babies for several weeks now. We started out with 8 of them. We are now down to 5. There have been 5 for a few weeks. The are getting big enough that the big fish won't bother them. They just need to watch out for eagles and ospreys.
They are getting to be very curious and friendly.
They swim right up to us now. They were only a couple feet away from the dock when I took these pictures. Aren't they beautiful?
