Goofy Kids!

I thought this was a cute picture. Spring brings out the goofiness in kids! It was good to be outside where it was warm.

We've been spending the past few days at one of our cottages. The picture was taken at the Retreat (Or secluded cottage with the pond). Our daughter invited her friend over to play this afternoon. Our goofy two are to the left. To the right is her friend's little brother and to the far right is her classmate. They're swinging on the hammock by the pond.

We got the paddleboat into the pond today. We did three laps around the pond.

We have so much work to do, but today was a good day to play.

More Smiles!

I thought today would be a good day for some more SMILES. For one thing... It's SUNNY OUT! The snow is melting! YES...SNOW! We got hammered with snow on Thursday! Lots of nasty, wet snow. So, now it's sunny out and it's almost gone! Hopefully for good til next winter!

Our Up North Lakefront Chalet

Well... we hate to do it, but we are putting our Up North Lakefront Chalet on the market. The home owners association around the lake is in the process of trying to ban renting. It hasn't come to pass yet, but it might and we don't want to wait around until the last minute, just in case it does. If we can't rent it, then we'll have to sell it. The rent has been helping pay the taxes and house payments.

If you know anyone looking for a cute cottage on an "Up North Woodland Lake", please pass on this information. We are asking $159,900. This includes the new Jacuzzi Hot Tub, new vinyl 30 ft dock, paddle boat and most of the furnishings. We'll sell it for $149,900 if someone doesn't want the hot tub.
